Brainstorm & Ideas for our film 'Anomalous'

This is a voice recording of our idea's for our film opening. As we discuss in the voice recording Chloe came up with an idea about a dice game theme. We discuss shots, potential sub genre's and potential narratives.
Check this out on Chirbit

Above is our first sketch of a shot we want to use to for the opening. The camera on the ground at a low level shot. Wide shot and straight. A pair of dice at a fast pace are thrown down an empty road and land just in front of the camera. In the distant a black male silhouette- look's ghostly and super natural. The camera could then zoom out and pan upwards revealingly a establishing shot of the whole empty dark estate.

We then turned this sketch into a animated design on the computer. This gives us an even better idea of this important  poignant shot in our opening sequence. We have a good idea of the type of shot and how we want the mise-en-scene to be.

This is a darker version of the image. To show how we want the lighting to be however we will film in daylight to get a good quality and detail to the image but the edit on after effects a low lighting scene. The low light and dark shadows will add fear and mystery to the scene. I think the deserted street with one man just a silhouette will look really effective. Animated by Rhys.

My first try of just thinking about the shot. I used my image we took on setting in Stotfold. The image was taken in daylight but with editing tools and i photo editor called Ipiccy I made it look like it was night time. This is not an exact try and i only used a rough guide of silhouettes but its giving us idea's of the shots.
